Vertical Bridge Holdings, LLC, Announces Acquisition of 269 Wireless Leases From PT Access Networks

Premier locations with investment-grade carrier tenants

Boca Raton, FL., September 5, 2014 – Vertical Bridge Holdings, LLC, a privately owned tower company, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of 269 investment grade tenant leases on 205 wireless attachment sites in the Southeast U.S. from PT Access Networks (“PTAN”), an affiliate of Duke Energy. All of the acquired leases are with major wireless carriers with long term leases.
