Vertical Bridge Culture
Our goal is to provide superior service and best-in-class infrastructure solutions in a dynamic market. To that end, Vertical Bridge has rapidly become the largest private owner and operator of communications infrastructure in the U.S., with more than 318,000 sites nationwide, including wireless and broadcast towers, rooftops, convenience stores, land parcels, utility structures and billboards. We continue to grow and enhance our infrastructure each year to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Vertical Bridge is driven by a future-focused entrepreneurial spirit. As technology changes, our approach must too. New technologies like 5G and ATSC 3.0 need new infrastructure solutions. As a private company, we are better positioned to respond with agility than any competitor. Yet our expansive asset portfolio puts us in the same class as the largest public providers. As the largest private company in our industry, we are nimble, permanent and at-scale.
Our team fosters an environment of mutual respect, honesty and integrity. We invest in the growth and development of our people, our clients and our communities. Dedicated employees make Vertical Bridge a successful company and an exciting place to work. We have an ongoing commitment to maintaining Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in our corporate culture, policies and all that we do. Vertical Bridge is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
Historical Data Points
An Upward Curve
Since 2014, we’ve maintained focus on making smart, responsible choices with the benefit of top-flight industry expertise. And the data reinforces that approach.
Raising More Than Just Towers
Being part of − and giving back to − the communities where we live and work is one of our core values. Through the employee-led Vertical Bridge Charitable Network, we support organizations that our employees, partners and clients care about.
As we grow each year, so has our charitable giving: in 2020 alone, Vertical Bridge donated over $1.5M and provided thousands of volunteer hours to help 600 organizations achieve their missions. To date, we have given more than $6.4M and contributed nearly 6,000 volunteer hours to 501(c)(3) organizations.

We pride ourselves on being true business partners to wireless operators and broadcasters, as well as real estate owners considering divesting tower assets. Many of our current tenants previously sold their towers to us and now lease the space in whole or part. Not only do they realize an immediate revenue increase, they no longer need to make capital investments to maintain aging infrastructure and can focus more directly on their strategic business goals. We continue to meet their needs with a reliable, friendly team on the cutting edge of communication infrastructure expertise.
We make quick, coordinated decisions, working efficiently with a whole host of partners across each type of solution. That enables us to offer flexible programs that put the needs of our clients first. Some of our partners include:
